Yearbook Baby Photo Ads - Please submit a baby photo and a special message to a senior.
The cost of the ad is $40.00.
Checks should be made payable to PMHS.
All ads must be submitted to Ms. Mastella (Room 222) at the high school by 2:15 pm on Monday, November 17, 2023 (no exceptions). The photo, message and payment must be sent in at the same time. Care will be taken to return photos when the yearbooks are distributed; however, photo quality copy prints should be submitted for irreplaceable photos. The school, yearbook staff or the yearbook company do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged photos.

1st offense: 2 days in detention/learning center from 2:25-4:25 and completion of the Dangers of Vaping Resources Packet and referral to Student Assistance Coordinator
2nd offense and after: 2 day suspension and referral to Student Assistance Coordinator
